How to file a notice
Send a written notice by email to the address below that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL of each page on edurely.com containing the material, and identification of the specific question, passage or file concerned, in enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Notices missing these elements may be invalid and can delay our response. Please do not send general enquiries here — use our contact page instead.

Edurely is a digital-only service. We accept copyright notices by email, and email is the fastest route to a response. If you require a postal address for formal service of documents, request it at [email protected] and we will provide our registered office details.
Certification exam content
Our practice questions are written by our own team from each vendor’s published exam objectives. We do not knowingly publish live exam items — our full position is set out in our disclaimer and content policy.
If you represent a certification programme and believe any question we publish reproduces protected exam content, write to [email protected] with the exam code and the page URL. We will remove the item on receipt while we investigate, rather than after, and we will audit the batch it came from and report back to you on what we found. You do not need to file a formal notice to get a fast response from us, though you are welcome to.
What happens after we receive a notice
- We acknowledge your notice within five business days.
- Where a claim is substantiated, we remove or disable access to the material and notify whoever supplied it.
- Where a notice is incomplete or the claim is unclear, we tell you what is missing rather than closing the matter.
- We confirm the outcome to you in writing.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
We may restore the material after ten business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers and false claims
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation — in a notice or a counter-notice — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are unsure whether the material is infringing, take legal advice before filing.
Scope of this policy
EduEarn LTD is registered in the United Kingdom. We publish and follow this policy because it is the established international standard for handling copyright complaints and because we want rights holders to have a clear, fast route to us. Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy available to you under United Kingdom law or any other applicable law.
